Our chefs Lukas and Andreas will pamper you every day with typical South Tyrolean specialities. Nobody can pass up an opportunity to try a hearty Kaiserschmarrn (sugared pancake with raisins) or a succulent beef goulash with dumplings, just to name a few specialities. Savour a glass of red wine followed by a glass of schnapps, and the world is just fine!

Regional and seasonal cuisine is very important to us, because only in this way can we retain maximum control of what comes onto your plate.
